Our programs feature Yoga, Pilates, cardiovascular and strength building, stability ball, Nia, Belly Dancing and workshops that educate and coach women on self-esteem, relationships, and overall well-being.

Techniques taught here are designed to alleviate high levels of stress with deep, controlled breathing, allowing for the release of pent-up emotions.  Yoga postures slowly and gently stretch and tone muscles, while our Life Fitness equipment strengthens and rebuilds muscle. Yoga postures also gently massage and tone internal organs, which is why people often remark about how good they feel both "inside and out."

We have moved into the Shop Rite Plaza, next door to Edible Arrangements.  In additon to our gym, there are private pilates reformer sessions, a pilates mat class, yoga, stability ball classes, Dancing Thru Pregnancy and After Dance.

NEW MOTHERS - Are you 6 weeks post partum?  If so, bring the baby to our AFTER DANCE classes on Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:30.  We combine cardio, strength training and renewing the abs to get you back in shape.  First class free. 

PREGNANT?  Join our DANCING THRU PREGNANCY CLASSES (maternity in motion) and get support through exercise, stretches, breathing and other mothers-to-be.  Tuesdays at 5:45 pm and Saturdays at 10:45 a.m.  First class free.  See below for prenatal yoga info
