DIRECTIONS:  Take exit 39A I-95 north or south.  From the north, take a right and get into the far left lane.  From the south, take a right and also get into the far right lane.  This is where Cherry Street and Route 1 Split.  Cherry St. is the left side.  Go a short distance and take your first left turn into the Shop Rite Plaza.  Go straight back.  We are the last space on the left next to Edible Arrangements.

To get to Sound, Mind and Body at 354 Woodmont Road, Milford, take exit 40 off I-95 north, take a left at the end of the exit, go by Pilot Gas Station and take right at next light which is Woodmont.  Go through one light and just before the next light, you will see Woodmont Plaza on your left.  Keepers will be at the end of the plaza, SM&B is on the left side about half way down shops.  From I-95 south, take a left at the end of the exit which is Woodmont Road and turn left into Woodmont Plaza, as directed above.

SM&B is also accessible by driving up Pepe's Farm Road, past post office to intersection with Woodmont and taking a left and immediate right into Plaza.
