Restorative Yoga
Build a sense of mental serenity and physical well-being. Restorative Yoga will help you relieve stress and gain confidence in your body's strength, balance and flexibility. Release tension with healing principles of Hatha and Kripalu Yoga while exercising and toning the body in a comfortable environment. Enjoy the benefits of meditative breathing in a class designed to help rejuvenate yourself by stretching the body and soothing the mind.

Explore the building blocks, basic postures for strength. flexibility, relaxation, and coordination of breath work. Ideal for those just beginning, in rehabilitation and recovery, and those living with chronic conditions such as MS, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, etc. Experience the joy, magic, and power of yoga to transform body, mind, and spirit.

Prenatal Yoga
Prepares and guides the body for labor and delivery with breathing techniques and postures directed to giving birth.  We are also associated with Yale-New Haven's Well Program, with prenatal and postpartum exercise classes, incorporating relaxation, stretching and cardio.

Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu Yoga brings you fully present to the moment-to-moment experience of being alive. Performed with breath, relaxation, and feeling, yoga postures release chronic tension from the body. An inner attitude of self-observation without judgment allows a state of flowing awareness to arise in the mind. The combination activates prana, the life force - initiating a natural process of physical healing, psychological growth, and spiritual awakening.

Vinyasa Flow
For those who want to tap into their physical strength 

Here is your opportunity to use this time-honored wisdom of yoga; this practice is a flowing combination of strength, balance, and spirituality. Vinyasa Yoga heals and detoxifies the body and mind at their deepest levels. This accessible, challenging, flowing form of yoga will lead to a state of transformation. Postures are sequenced in to a flow without pausing. Transition becomes as conscious as the poses themselves. We will develop a deep coordination of breath and movement and the calm of being present with the flow.

Yoga For Strength and Flexibility
Through the combination of breathing and movement, simple yoga postures encourage our muscles to slowly seek and relax into deeper levels of flexibility. At the same time, these same postures call upon the muscles to strengthen and support the body as we challenge their endurance to stabilize and center our movements.

Yoga for Everybody
A class for beginners or those more familiar with yoga asanas (postures) to determine where flexibility needs are. Build strength and relax the body through yoga breathing techniques. Participants are encouraged to move at individual paces to enjoy the mind-body connection which develops in practicing a variety of yoga postures.

Pilates - strengthen the core for back protection, posture and alignment.  Increases strength in the all the abdominal muscles

STABILITY BALL - cardio, strength, balance and stretch.  Build the heart and muscle.  Laugh, have fun, sweat!!.
